The 15th Asian Pacific Conference on Shell and Spatial Structures

Next‐Generation Shell and Spatial Structures with AI

May 2027, Jeju Island, Republic of Korea

Homecoming to Jeju

This conference began in 1984 in Jeju, Korea, originally as the Japan–Korea Colloquium on Shell and Spatial Structures. It has since been held every three years, adopting the name APCS at its 4th edition in Tokyo, Japan, in 1993. Recent events include the 12th APCS in Penang, Malaysia, in 2018, followed by a joint symposium with IASS 2022 in Beijing, China, and the 14th APCS in Kanazawa, Japan, in 2025.

The upcoming 15th APCS is especially significant as the conference returns to Jeju—its original home—to once again gather international researchers and engineers dedicated to advancing the field of shell and spatial structures.
