• Abstract submission opens — May 1, 2026 · Authors can start submitting their original abstracts from this date.
• Original abstract deadline — July 31, 2026 · Authors must submit their original abstract by this date. Revisions or withdrawals are available only before the deadline.
• Abstract acceptance notice — October 15, 2026 · Authors will be notified of the abstract review result and the assigned presentation format from this date.
• Optional full paper opens — October 15, 2026 · Accepted authors who choose the Full Paper track can start submitting their full paper from this date.
• Final abstract deadline — November 30, 2026 · Accepted authors choosing the Final Abstract track must confirm or submit their final abstract by this date.
• Full paper deadline — December 15, 2026 · Accepted authors choosing the Full Paper track must complete their full paper submission by this date.
• Full paper acceptance notice — February 1, 2027 · Authors who submitted a full paper will be notified of the review result from this date.
• Early-bird registration deadline — February 15, 2027 · Presenters should complete registration and payment by this date to secure their place in the final program.
• Conference opens — May 25, 2027 · APCS 2027 officially begins in Jeju.
• Conference closes — May 28, 2027 · APCS 2027 officially concludes.
