Call for Papers
The 15th Asian Pacific Conference on Shell and Spatial Structures (APCS 2027) invites researchers, engineers, architects, practitioners, and students to submit their work for presentation at the conference, to be held in Jeju, Korea, from May 25 to 28, 2027.
APCS 2027 provides an international forum for discussing and exchanging traditions, innovations, and emerging research in the concept, analysis, design, environment, and construction of shell and spatial structures. The conference aims to contribute to shaping the future of digital, sustainable, and resilient shell and spatial structures.
Authors are invited to submit original contributions related to shell and spatial structures, including theoretical studies, computational methods, design practices, construction technologies, experimental research, and interdisciplinary approaches.

Submission Overview
The APCS 2027 submission process begins with the submission of an original abstract. Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format, either Oral or Poster, during the submission process. The final presentation format will be determined by the Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee based on the review result, academic program structure, and session planning.
After abstract review, accepted authors will be guided through the next submission stage. Depending on the conference submission policy, authors may be asked to confirm or revise their final abstract and, where applicable, submit a full paper as an optional track.
Submission Process
- Submit Original Abstract
Authors submit the original abstract through the APCS 2027 submission system. - Abstract Review
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the relevant committee members. - Notification of Acceptance
Authors will be notified of the review result according to the official schedule. - Final Abstract / Full Paper Stage
Accepted authors will proceed with the required final submission process. Full-paper submission may be available as an optional track. - Registration
Accepted presenters are expected to complete registration and payment by the designated deadline in order to be included in the final program. - Program Assignment
Final session allocation and presentation schedule will be arranged after the registration and program confirmation process.
Presentation Format
Authors may select a preferred presentation format at the time of abstract submission:
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
Please note that the selected format is a preference. The final decision on Oral or Poster presentation assignment will be made by the conference committee after review.
