Prepare before the submission system opens

1. Confirm that your work fits the APCS 2027 scope by reviewing the current Topics page and Call for Papers.
2. Prepare a working abstract package with a clear title, a concise summary, and the author metadata you expect to enter later.
3. Check the full author list in advance, including names, affiliations, email contacts, and presenting-author responsibility.
4. Decide your presentation preference in advance so the submission form can be completed quickly when it becomes available.
5. Review the published timeline now, then keep monitoring the submission and post-acceptance milestones.
6. Plan ahead for later registration and payment so acceptance can be followed by timely conference confirmation.
